A Site Approval application for an unmanned trailer parking and storage facility for a maximum of 200 trailers. The project includes the construction of an 80-square foot restroom building, and the removal of all existing structures and existing septic system. This project site is served by an existing private well for water supply, and proposes a new onsite septic system, and new onsite retention pond and bio-swale. Access to the facility will be permitted seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day through a single, secured, gated driveway that fronts S. Hansen Road. (Use Type: Truck Sales & Services - Parking).
