Document Description
The NCSD proposes to construct and operate three new interconnection facilities to
provide supplemental water to the Golden State Water Company (GSWC) and the Woodlands Mutual Water Company (WMWC) in the Nipomo Mesa. The interconnection facilities would connect the NCSD pipelines to the GSWC and WMWC pipelines and allow for the delivery of water to GSWC and WMWC from the NCSD pursuant to the Replenishment Agreement. The proposed facilities include the Golden State Water Company Interconnection Facility, the Golden State Water Company - Cypress Ridge Interconnection Facility, and the Woodlands Mutual Water Company Interconnection Facility.
