• Area #A: A-Type 2B (existing; mixed light); 7,920 square feet (s.f.) of cultivation area • Area #B: A-Type 2B (proposed; mixed light); 14,080 s.f. of cultivation area • Area #C: A-Type 2 (existing; outdoor) 10,000 s.f. of cultivation area The applicant has indicated that no site disturbance would occur since the proposed cultivation site is identical to the medicinal cannabis cultivation sites used previously. No new structures or roads are proposed, but existing hoop houses need permits following Use Permit approval (if approved). Some trenching would occur to support the irrigation lines.
