The proposal is to divide one 69.13-acre parcel into 402 lots (399 single-family residential lots, two commercial lots, and one approximately 0.73 acre ponding basin in the C-2-MU (General Commercial - Mixed Use) Zone; and conditionally. approved Zone Variance PZV 19-018 from the provisions of Section 18.9.D.(3)(4)(5) pertaining to Side Yard Setback, Rear Yard Setback, and Lot Area, in the C-2-MU (General Commercial-Mixed Use) Zone. The proposed Project will be developed in four (4) phases: Phase 1 - 90 lots; Phase2 - 128 lots; Phase3 - 94 lots; Phase 4 -87 lots.
