Document Description
Pursuant to the Corrective Action Consent Agreement (Consent Agreement), the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is proposing to select remedies recommended in a Corrective Measure Study (CMS) Report prepared by Cemex, Inc. and Rho-Chem, LLC (formerly known as Rho-Chem Corporation; Rho-Chem), collectively the Respondents, for the the Rho-Chem facility (site or facility). The CMS Report was required by the Consent Agreement, docket number HWCA P3-01 /02-005, effective November 25, 2002. The Consent Agreement was issued pursuant to the California Health and Safety Code, section 25187, which requires the owner/operator to clean up any spill, hazardous substances, and/or contaminants found at and adjacent to the site.
