Document Description
The proposed project would construct a three- to four-story, mixed-use development replacing the 5,200 square foot car dealership building on the site. The proposed development would include 42 townhouse-style condominiums, six live/work condominium units (approximately 8,190 square feet of commercial space), 27,438 square feet of private open space, and 102 parking spaces. The development would include four buildings. The maximum height of the buildings would be approximately 51 feet. Of the four buildings, there are three specific designs as described below: Building A- Four Story - Residential with Live Work Building B(s) (X2)- Three and Four Story Residential Building C - Four Story Residential
