Document Description
The City of South Lake Tahoe Planning Commission acting in its role as the Airport land Use Commission, has prepared an airport land use compatibility plan (ALUCP) for Lake Tahoe Airport. The ALUCP was prepared in compliance with the State Aeronautics Act (Pub. Util. Code§ 21670 et seq.) is a planning document intended to promote compatibility between Lake Tahoe Airport and the surrounding environment. This is accomplished through regulation of future development of residential and non-residential land uses within Lake Tahoe Airport's Airport Influence Area (AIA).
