Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) with the cooperation of the City of Manteca and the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) proposes to reconstruct the existing State Route (SR) 99/120 and Austin Road interchanges. This project will add new auxiliary lanes, upgrade existing bridges, construct additional connector lanes, ramp upgrades, new signals, and lighting. This project will provide traffic congestion relief and improved operations of the interchanges.
