Document Description
The Project Applicant intends to expand the existing Cannabis Cultivation, Manufacturing and Distribution Facility at the location. The project consists of the construction of two 75,600 square foot buildings, for an additional 151,200 square feet of cannabis facility, the installation of a parking lot with approximately 70 parking spots and interior sidewalks, the installation of an interior landscape screen along the western facility border, and the installation of perimeter security, including lighting and an alarm system, in accordance with Chapter 5.48 of the Woodlake Municipal Code.
