Document Description
The Applicant proposes to construct a 220,185 SF logistical center (also known as a distribution warehouse facility) on an 11.1 9-acre site that would consist of a 10,000 SF office, two ware house structures (one is 10,000 SF max and the other is 10,000 plus SF), 156 parking stalls (including an employee lot with 6 ADA-accessible spaces and a truck yard lot), and associated landscaping totaling 93,585 SF (Exhibit 4, Proposed Site Plan). The logistical center/ware ho use distribution facility includes features to accommodate 28 semi-trucks to dock at high door positions, 33 trailer parking positions and a mezzanine. The main front entrance faces north toward Ashley Way and all truck docking activity would occur on the south side of the building.
