On March 13, 2019, the March Joint Powers Authority Commission adopted the Heacock Street Truck Terminal Facility Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan, and the March Joint Powers Authority Commission adopted Plot Plan PP 17-07
