On March 27, 2019, the March Joint Powers Commission took action and waived the second reading of Ordinance #JPA 19-02, Adopting a Change of Zone, CZ 17-01, Assigning the Zoning Designation of Industrial for an approximately 13.56 acre site for the Heacock Street Truck Terminal Facility Project.
On March 13, 2019, the March Joint Powers Authority Commission adopted the Heacock Street Truck Terminal Facility Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan, and the March Joint Powers Authority Commission adopted Plot Plan PP 17-07
