Document Description
The proposed project consists of the Annexation, General Plan Amendment & Pre-Zone for Melon Properties LLC along the northern City Limits to annex the estimated 7.75 acres out of total 8.19-acre project site. The proposed project consists of a multi-family development of approximately 152 dwelling units. The current land use designation is for low density residential and does not allow for multi-family development therefore a General Plan Amendment and Pre-Zone is required from LDR Low Density Residential to HDR- High Density Residential. Primary access would be via a driveway on Melon Road and a second driveway on Underwood Road (9th Street).
