Document Description
The EHNCP Project would include the annexation of the portions of the Plan Areas not currently within the City and the adoption of the EHNCP as a Specific Plan to create a framework to provide for the conservation of additional open space in the new Rural Conservation Area and development in the Neighborhood Area. The EHNCP is organized into seven chapters: The Making of the Plan, Setting and Context, Conservation Plan, Neighborhood Plan, Development Standards and Design Guidelines, Infrastructure and Public Services, and Implementation. The Plan would permit up to 3,000 homes. A maximum of 100 homes on privately owned property in the Rural Zones in Sub-Areas 11 and 13 in the RCA and 2,900 single-family detached and attached homes in Sub-Areas 1-9, 180,000 square feet.
