Project includes the construction and operation of 503,178 sf ground parcel sorting/delivery complex for a parcel delivery services company that will contain a sorting/distribution building, a gateway building, maintenance building, and two guardhouses. Proposed discretionary approvals include a: General plan amendment (PL16-0638), specific plan amendment (PL16-0639), Master site approval (PL16-0719), site approval (PL16-0720), and special conditional use permit (PL16-0721).
