After the fact Conditional Use Permit (CU Pl 4-001) to correct an non-permitted soil amendment processing building to be converted to fire wood production use. Three (3) cannabis cultivation CUPs: CUP 16-270 on APN: 210-033-003 known as "Commercial Flat Pond"; CU Pl 6-269 on APN: 210-250-028 & 210-033-005, known as "Carter Flat"; and, CU Pl 6-271 on APN 210-250-029, 210-250-028 & 210-033-005, known as Carter House Onsite Relocation to Carter Flat. And, McClellan Mountain Reclamation Plan re-vegetation projects to ensure the proposed firewood and cannabis operations are consist and can co-exist: Tree/shrub planting around two ponds ("Residence Pond" on APN 210-023-003 and "Processing Pond" on APN 210-033-003); and restoration of a portion of the Carter Flat on APNs 210-250-028 & 210-033-005 to native Prairie shrub lands.
