The Project includes two main components: 1. A mixed use development component and 2. A public roadway component. The mixed-use component comprises approximately 30.4 acres of private commercial and residential development. The public roadway component is a public project that includes the extension of Camino Del Sur and Carmel Mountain Road. The existing Carmel Mountain Road will be realigned and extended south of State Route 56 to its planned intersection with Camino Del Sur as a two-land roadway.
