Recreational development north of LAX, on LAWA owned property, to include soccer fields, playground area, dog park, picnic area and overlook, and facilities ancillary to the recreation use. Development would include recreational uses including a multipurpose field, 2 volleyball courts, 4 basketball courts, 24 tennis courts, and 8 junior tennis courts which could also be used for pickleball. Ancillary facilities would include a welcome center, wellness and fitness facility, a scheduling desk facility, and restrooms.
