Document Description
The 220-acre Grantline 220 Project (Project) is located west of Grant Line Road, south of Douglas Road, and east of Rancho Cordova Parkway in the City of Rancho Cordova in Sacramento County. The Project consists of filling wetland, stream channel, and vernal pool habitat with clean soil during dry conditions to prepare for future construction of a residential community with parks, town center, public, and school components. Project areas effected by cut or fill slopes will be hydro seeded. Dewatering will occur within the Project area. No wet concrete will be placed into the wetland habitat. The Project will permanently impact 4.458/5,063 linear feet of waters of the U.S.
