Document Description
The overall project is the Railyards Specific Plan studied in the Railyard Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report (EIR), the Addendum thereto, and the Subsequent Environmental Impact Report for the Railyards Specific Plan Update, Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, and MLS Stadium ("SEIR," SCH 2006032058). The current approval consists of a Resolution establishing the EIFD to finance public infrastructure improvements for the Major League Soccer Stadium and adopting the Plan. The facilities covered by the Plan were studied in the EIR and SEIR. The formation of the EIFD is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378 (see Notice of Exemption filed herewith).
