Document Description
The project includes the development of a 6-story mixed-use building with 309 apartments, 69 of which are designated as affordable, and approximately 4,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor. The building includes of a mix of apartment sizes from studios to 2-bedroom units, and also includes large outdoor common open space and private balconies. Parking is provided within an internal garage accessed from 6th street. A multi-modal trail around the east and south sides of the project will also be built, along with supporting bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure. The proposed project requires a Tentative Map and Site Plan and Design Review approval.
