Title: Colgate Tunnel and Penstock Maintenance Project
Description: Reconstruction of the currently non-operational Colgate Penstock Shutoff Valve so it may be used to reduce discharge in case of a penstock rupture, as mandated by FERC. Maintenance and repair work on various aspects of the conveyance system which brings water from the New Bullards Bar Reservoir to the Penstock, which will be accessible when the tunnel is dewatered.
