Description

A Policy Plan Amendment from Rural Living (RL) to Resource Land Management (RLM), a Zoning Amendment from Rural Living (RL) to Resource Conservation (RC) and a Major Variance for the proposed construction and operation of a 150-Megawatt (MW) photovoltaic (PV) solar facility, a 150-MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and installation of a 1.1-mile long generation interconnect (gen-tie) corridor in connecting the proposed facility to the existing Alpha Substation owned and operated by Mojave Solar, LLC all within an approximate 596-acre Project Site.
