Title: Arroyo Grande High School Auxiliary Gymnasium Project
Description: The proposed project includes the construction of a new 13,000±-square-foot multipurpose gymnasium on a previously disturbed, undeveloped site. The project also includes the development of a small parking lot with ten (10)± American Disability Act (ADA) parking spaces. In addition, the project would require the extension of existing water, wastewater, and electrical infrastructure to the proposed gymnasium. The project would result in a total disturbance of approximately 1 acre, including approximately 4,200 cubic yards of cut and fill.
