- The District proposes the following improvements to its facilities: replacement of the current Chet Harritt Pump Station with a new pump station; implementation of an aeration system within Lake Jennings; and installation of an effluent flow meter for the existing 5.3 million gallon-capacity Clearwell Tank. All proposed activities will take place within a 66-acre Project area.
