Morningside High School Site Upgrade and Woodworth Elementary School Demolition Project

Description

The Project proposes improvements to the existing Morningside High School campus and demolition of the existing vacant Woodworth Elementary School campus, as well as adjustment of the boundaries of Morningside High School campus, reducing the campus by 17-acres. Improvements to the Morningside High School campus include improvements to recreational facilities, building interiors and exteriors, canopies and walkways, circulation, landscaping, and utilities. The Proposed Project would not create additional capacity that would increase the number of students or staff present at Morningside High School, but would provide infrastructure improvements for the existing student body and staff.
