- Eastern Municipal Water District proposes to implement the Quail Valley Regional Water Tank III Project (proposed project) to construct and operate a 1.63-million-gallon potable water tank, detention basin, and components that would connect to the existing adjacent water facilities infrastructure. The project also includes the replacement of a small amount of 18-inch-diameter pipeline that travels within the existing access road and partially within South Canyon Drive from the access road entrance to the driveway of the neighboring residence at 24425 South Canyon Drive.
