Description: This is an addendum to the previously adopted NOE for the McGowan Parkway Widening Project which includes widening and improving approximately 0.8 miles of McGowan Parkway in Olivehurst, CA – from Powerline Road to CA State Route 65 (Project Area). This addendum includes Olivehurst Public Utility District (OPUD), which will install sewer and water mains within the scope of the McGowan Parkway Widening project. The project will be located entirely within the existing right of way.
