Description

he Oak Hill Apartments Project proposes to develop two buildings containing up to 250 apartments on 6.7 acres of the 8.3-acre project site. The 100 percent affordable housing project would consist of the construction 135 units to be available to low- to moderate-income educates working in, and employees of, Marin County while the remaining 115 dwelling units would be made available to extremely low- to low-income residents. The two buildings would be terraced up the hillside with exterior elevations ranging from 30 feet to 60 feet in height. The proposed project would incorporate approximately 35,000 square feet of landscaped open space and approximately 35,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space. Access to the project site would be provided via a driveway on East Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. The proposed project would also include a 4-level garage with 350 parking spaces.
