Document Description
The Oak Hill Apartments project (proposed project) would be developed on approximately 6.7 acres of the 8.3-acre project site. The 100 percent affordable housing project would include the construction of up to 250 new apartments, including 135 units available to low- to moderate-income educators working in and employees of the County of Marin, and 115 units available to extremely low to low income residents. The apartments would consist of two buildings that are terraced up the hillside with exterior elevations ranging from 30 feet to 60 feet in height. The proposed project would incorporate approximately 35,000 square feet of landscaped open space and approximately 35,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space. The project would be accessed by a driveway from East Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and would include a 4-level garage with 350 parking spaces.
