Title: Pioneer Trail Pipeline and Pump Station
Description: Truckee Donner Public Utility District (District) proposes to construct and operation of a single pump station and an approximately 1.7-mile-long pipeline alignment between Northwoods Boulevard and the intersection of Pioneer Trail and Comstock Drive in the Town of Truckee. The project study area included land approximately 25-feet either side of the proposed pipeline alignment. The proposed project includes a 6 foot-wide and 6-foot-deep excavated trench within the pipeline alignment. During construction, approximately 20-feet on either side of the excavated trench may be temporarily disturbed by construction equipment and materials staging. Following construction, erosion controls measures and limited revegetation would be implemented, as needed, to assist in the rehabilitation of the disturbed construction area.
