Title: Planning Studies for the Heather Glen Consolidation Project
Description: This exemption is for the preparation of planning studies for the Heather Glen Consolidation Project. PCWA is filing Financial Assistance Applications with the State Water Resources Control Board for funding this project, which utilize State Revolving Funds to conduct the planning studies. The planning studies will include engineering design and may also include geotechnical analysis that involves some core sampling. Additional environmental documentation will be prepared for the proposed project upon completion of the project planning and design.
