The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Heather Glen Consolidation Planning Project. The Project includes planning studies for a future construction project to consolidate Heather Glen Community Services District. The planning studies will include engineering design, environmental analysis/review and may also include geotechnical analysis that involves some core sampling.
