Description: Rehabilitate and replace up to 16,200 liner feet of deteriorating vitrified clay and concrete pipelines, located with public right-of-way and easements in a residential area. To facilitate maintenance and ensure adequate future capacity, existing 6 inch lines may be replaced with 8 inch lines, consistent with the City's minimum design guidelines.
