Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Inflow and Infiltration Mitigation Project Phase 6. The City of La Mesa will rehabilitate (line) and replace up to 16,200 linear feet (lf) of deteriorating vitrified clay and concrete pipelines in the Vista La Mesa neighborhood of southwest La Mesa. The proposed Project improvements will consist of lining approximately 3,800 lf of existing pipelines with trenchless cured-in-place pipe and replacing and installing approximately 11,300 lf of PVC pipelines. Existing six-inch lines will be upsized and replaced with eight-inch lines, 39 manholes will be replaced or installed in new locations, seven manholes will be rehabilitated, and nine manholes will be abandoned or removed.
