Description: IS/MND for Freeman Stadium Facilities Renovation Project. Project consists of renovation of existing stadium to comply with national and international standards for hosting National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and United Soccer League (USL) soccer games. The project proposes improvements to the existing Field House, athletic track and field, seating, and parking, as well as installing a new scoreboard, ticket box, lighting, telecommunications and other utilities, concession stands, and entrance.
