- Description
- The proposed UC Merced Medical Education Building Project consists of two components: 1) development of the proposed Medical Education Building, including a site access road and a small surface parking lot, and 2) installation of electrical infrastructure and the construction of a new storm water detention basin in the southern portion of the UC Merced campus. The proposed Medical Education building would be an approximately 190,000 outside gross square foot, four-story building, consisting of two wings that would wrap around a central courtyard. The new storm water basin would be about 8 acres in surface area and about 6 feet deep on average.
