The proposed project involves the replacement and modernization of equipment and infrastructure at the existing Water Quality Resource and Recovery Plant (WQRRP), as well as, installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation facilities at several WCW facilities, including the WQRRP, Atlas Pump Station, WCW Headquarters (PV facilities and electric vehicle charging stations), Lakeside Pump Station, and Tara Hills Pump Station.
