Title: Firebaugh Annexation and Reorganization Project
Description: The City of Firebaugh proposes to annex 11 parcels (approximately 140 acres into the City limits, amend the existing Sphere of Influence to include the annexed parcels with a General Plan Amendment and Prezone, and detach the parcels from the Fresno County Fire Protection District and Central California Irrigation District. Also as a part of the proposed Project, the City is proposing a Development Code Text Change. The Development Code Text Change intends to amend the cannabis ordinance to require Conditional Use Permits and regulatory permits to be approved for cannabis cultivation and cannabis processing in the Urban Reserve zone.
