The City proposes to amend the existing Firebaugh Sphere of lnfluence to include 1'1 nearby parcels. Two of the parcels (00-709-137 and 012-020-33) are proposed to be annexed into the City with a General Plan Amendment and Prezone, and are proposed to be detached from the Fresno County Fire Protection District and the Firebaugh Canal Water District.
