Applicant, Valencia 3 Solar, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit #20-0004 amending the previously approved CUP 19-0018 Valencia 3 solar project and proposing to construct a gen-tie transmission line west along the south side of Harris Road for approximately 1 mile and interconnect to an IID 12.5kV line. The Valencia 3 Solar Project is a nominal 3-megawatt alternating current (MWAC) solar photovoltaic (PV) energy generation facility located on approximately nineteen (19) acre lot(s) in Imperial County.
