As a responsible agency, IID found that the Valencia 3 Solar Project Final MND (SCH #2020069031), certified by the County of Imperial on October 6, 2020, adequately addressed the environmental effects on that part of the project that involves and affects the IID, specifically the interconnection upgrades to enable the project to interconnect to the IID transmission system. IID will use these findings in approving that portion of the project involving and affecting IID.
