La Mirada High School New Football Stadium Project

Description

The Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District proposes a new football stadium and field improvements at La Mirada High School. The proposed project includes the replacement of home and visitor bleachers, field lighting, scoreboard, synthetic turf, synthetic track, home and visitor field houses (which include restrooms, concession structures, and team rooms), press box, ticket booth, fencing, paving, long jump/triple jump/high jump, existing shot-put throw area, existing discus throw areas, and pole vault venues. The project also includes a new home/visitor path of travel which include ADA compliant accessibility features, extension of existing domestic water lines, new fire access lane, a new fire water line from the street for field houses, and a new fire hydrant. The project also includes an extension of the existing fire water line for a new fire hydrant, extension of the existing sewer line connection, and replacement of the existing storm drain.
