Description
This is an application for an Industrial Planned Development Permit (IP-19-1) and Conditional Use Permit (CU-19-1) to authorize the construction of an approximately 53,700 square foot warehouse and office facility for Southern California Edison Alhambra Yard. A couple of new entrances along Raymond Avenue and new parking spaces to accommodate the new warehouse and office facility. The project is located on a site of approximately 34.46 acres located in the Industrial Planned Development zone, for the property located at 501 S. Marengo Ave. in the City of Alhambra.
