- Construction of a 357-unit Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) with 306 independent living units and 51 assisted/ memory care units in three, two- to four-story buildings on a vacant 20.7-acre site. Project also includes construction of two bridges across Meier Creek for emergency access, and flood protection and grading of the entire site. Entitlements consist of: General Plan Amendment to change land use designation from Business Park to General Commercial; Specific Plan Amendment to remove the site from the Brandeis-Bardin Institute Specific Plan; amend the site's Zoning from Business Park (Specific Plan) to Commercial Planned Development, which would allow an RCFE with a Conditional Use Permit; a Conditional Use Permit for an RCFE; and a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the site into three parcels.
