Description: Feather River College is proposing to implement vegetation treatment activities to restore forest and watershed health on the forested land adjacent to the college. Vegetation treatment activities are planned within a 94-acre project area and includes hand-thinning up to 12 in DBH, piling and pile burning, chipping woody debris, and broadcast burning.
