Title: Van Buren Boulevard Sewer Installation Project
Description: The Van Buren Boulevard Sewer Installation Project (the Project) consists of construction and operation of facilities (sewer pipeline, Krameria sewage lift station, and force main) to provide sewer service to properties along Van Buren Boulevard and to a proposed residential development located north of Van Buren Boulevard, on property northwesterly of the intersection of Iris Avenue and Chicago Avenue. The Project also includes construction of an emergency storage tank at the City's existing Wood Road Lift Station, as well as demolition and removal of the City's existing MLK1 Lift Station. The Project is described in additional detail in the Initial Study, a copy of which is available for review from the City of Riverside Public Works Department. See NOC for full details.
