Document Description
The Van Buren Boulevard Sewer Installation Project (the Project) consists of construction and operation of facilities (sewer pipeline, Krameria sewage lift station, and force main) to provide sewer service to properties along Van Buren Boulevard and to a proposed residential development located north of Van Buren Boulevard, on property northwesterly of the intersection of Iris Avenue and Chicago A venue. The Project also includes construction of an emergency storage tank at the City's existing Wood Road Lift Station, as well as demolition and removal of the City's existing MLKl Lift Station. The Project is described in additional detail in the Initial Study, a copy of which is available for review at the location described below.

Identify street address and cross street or attach a map showing project site (preferably a USGS 15' or 7 ½' topographical map identified by quadrangle name): The sewer and force main pipelines are located within Van Buren Boulevard (from King Street to Wood Road) and within Washington Street (from Van Buren Boulevard to Krameria Avenue). The Krameria Lift Station is located on a parcel northeasterly of the intersection of Washington Street and Krameria Avenue. The Wood Road Lift Station is located at 7802 Wood Road, and the MLKl Lift Station is located at 18601 Van Buren Boulevard. All Project facilities are located in the City of Riverside and nearby unincorporated areas in Riverside County, California.
