- The project includes a self-storage facility and industrial flex buildings; the entire site will be graded. The project includes construction of a 115,065-square-foot self-storage facility consisting of one three-story building (a portion would be climate controlled), two 2-story buildings, and five parking spaces. Thirteen existing parcels will be merged and resubdivided into three parcels, one of which will be for the self storage, and t he other two for the industrial buildings. The project also includes construction of a 47,060 square-foot industrial flex facility consisting of two single-story buildings with roll-up doors, 86 parking spaces, a loading dock. Both areas will include the associated landscaping, lighting, and drive aisles.
