Document Description
The project includes a self-storage facility and industrial flex buildings; the entire site will be graded. The project includes construction of a 115,065-square-foot self-storage facility consisting of one three-story building (a portion would be climate controlled), two 2-story buildings, and five parking spaces. Thirteen existing parcels will be merged and resubdivided into three parcels, one of which will be for the self storage, and the other two for the industrial buildings. The project also includes construction of a 47,060 square-foot industrial flex facility consisting of two single-story buildings with roll-up doors, 86 parking spaces, a loading dock. Both areas will include the associated landscaping, lighting, and drive aisles.
