- The new Oregon Hill Road Bridge is.known with the Forest Service as the Little Oregon Creek AOP Project, AOP stands for Aquatic Organism Passage. Currently, during low water flows, there is a vertical distance between the outlet of the culvert and the natural height of the creek. This does not allow certain organisms to continue upstream. The proposed bridge has,a.46-foot clear span and would re~n the creek to its natural flow and course, thus allowing organisms to continue upstream. Note: See NOE for full descriptions
